Give your AI a useful job.

Give your agents a real role in your business. Ask for a morning briefing, a prepared customer reply, a work-order review, or a site change. SRVZr connects AI assistance to the tools and business records available in your workspace, so you can describe the outcome and keep the decisions in your hands.

Give it the context you use yourself.

Give an agent the job, the business context, and a clear definition of done. It can use the connected tools and records available to it: customers, work orders, calendar, sales, expenses, and Mail, including your business inbox on your own verified domain. Keep your business information, policies, and FAQs current so the preparation reflects how you work.

Choose a starter template or write the task in your own words. “Every weekday morning, review today’s work orders and calendar, flag missing customer details, and give me the three priorities.” That is a useful assignment you can refine after the first result.

Keep the conversation close to the work.

Use the business inbox to review customer requests and the messages that explain what needs to happen next.

Try the task before making it recurring.

Run the task once and inspect the result. Then choose when it should run: on a schedule, once at a chosen time, or on a supported event or condition. Assign different agents to preparation, customer follow-ups, or weekly reviews rather than repeating the same prompt each day.

Build a custom tool in Snippets by describing what you need to the AI, then connect the available SRVZr records and actions it should use. Supported app-event triggers let you assign an agent a task when your custom app emits an event. Your inbox, agent assignments, and custom tool can work around the same customer and operational records.

  • Summarize upcoming work and flag missing details.
  • Prepare customer replies or quote follow-ups for review.
  • Review expenses or draft a weekly business summary.
  • Create a content draft from work you choose to share.

Keep the owner in the decision loop.

Review the agent’s result and proposed changes, refine its instructions, and pause future runs when you need to. Your agents work for the business you define; you stay in charge of the work, the connections, and what moves forward.

Turn the idea into something ready to review.

Organize media, cuts, captions, and post previews in the content workspace before choosing what to share.

Your website can work your way, too.

Build a website or custom tool that fits the way your business operates in Sites. Your site is yours to shape: customize the design, pages, and behavior by describing what you want to the AI. It works with real, editable code, so you don’t have to write it yourself. You can also inspect the files and download the project as a ZIP.

Give an agent a practical job: produce a morning briefing, review stalled work orders, or draft a weekly business review. Start with a template or describe the task, then choose a schedule or supported trigger. It uses the connected business tools and records available to it, so connected tools give the task useful business context beyond the chat itself. Review the result and proposed changes, refine the instructions, or pause the agent whenever you need.

Turn an inquiry into a useful starting point.

With lead intake enabled for the channels you connect, an agent can recognize a new inquiry, find or create its customer, and create a linked requested work order. Follow-ups can stay attached to the existing work. The business then has the original request and missing questions ready for the next decision.

Use the assignment that fits the job: inquiry intake, a morning briefing, customer-reply preparation, or a review of completed work. Our broader direction is coordinated agents that carry more of the handoffs while you keep control of pricing, commitments, and the process.

Let completed work improve the next request.

Ask a service-insight agent to look for repeated add-ons, price differences, or details the team only learned on site. It can draft better service or form ideas and explain which jobs support them, so the next change starts from evidence.

That is a practical foundation for where we want SRVZr to go: a system that learns how the business actually operates. Today, review the proposals and drafts; the longer-term goal is a process that adapts more usefully with the owner’s guidance.

Put it together

  1. Give it a job

Choose a starter template or describe the outcome, relevant records, and decisions to bring back to you.

  2. Connect the right context

Use the business tools, channels, and records the task needs, with the access you choose.

  3. Try one run

Review the result, approve the right changes, and refine the instructions.

  4. Assign the recurring work

Choose a schedule or supported trigger, then review runs and pause or adjust the agent as your business changes.

Common questions

Does creating an agent connect my email or phone?

No. A task can use the channels and features connected to your account. Configure the relevant integration and permissions separately.

Can I pause a recurring agent?

Yes. Use the agent's active or paused setting for future triggers. Stopping an already running task is a separate action.

Can an agent work with my custom SRVZr site or tool?

Yes. The site editor has an AI assistant for project changes. Custom tools can use available SRVZr connectors, and agents can respond to supported app events. Configure the access and event, then give the agent instructions for the work you want it to do.

Do I need to keep writing the same prompt?

No. Save the instructions as an agent task and choose a schedule or supported trigger. Each run uses that assignment, with results you can review and instructions you can refine.
